Air- Fryer Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Make your favorite appetizer at home! So simple and so delicious

Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken Tenderloins
1 cup Flour, All Purpose
2 Eggs, beaten
1.5 cups Panko Breadcrumbs.
2 tsp Salt, Kosher
1 tsp Black Pepper, Fresh Cracked
1 cup Buffalo Style Hot Sauce
Let’s Get Cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees.
- Trim and remove the tendon that runs through the chicken tender, set aside.*
- Season flour with salt and pepper.
- Using the traditional 3 step breading process, coat the tender in seasoned flour, egg wash, and then breadcrumbs. Push tender into breading to really create a crunchy crust.
- Place tenders in air fryer in single layer, and set timer to 7 minutes *
- Remove from fryer after 7 minutes and flip using tongs, the basket will be hot!!
- Place back in at 370 for an additional 7 minutes.
- Place hot sauce in the base of a large bowl. Once tenders are cooked removes and toss in the buffalo sauce.
- Place tenders on desired serving platter and top with remaining sauce in bowl. Pairs perfectly with ranch.*
- To create a buffalo chicken salad. Place tenders atop chopped romaine, red onion, quartered grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, and ranch.*
Chefs Notes
** You can use chicken breasts and cut them into pieces to create a nugget. ** I have the POWER XL(big boy) air fryer. If using a smaller model you may have to complete in multiple batches. **You can eat with blue cheese but…….. #ranchforlife.
