Bruschetta

Basic Bruschetta

Ingredients

1.5 c.Tomato, Ripe. Small dice

1/4 c. Onion, white. Small dice.

1 clove Garlic, minced

2 tsp Salt, kosher

1 tsp. Black Pepper

1 TBSP Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

8-10 ea. Fresh Basil, chiffonade

2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

15-16 Crostini,

Optional Balsamic Glaze.

Instructions

  1. Gather all mise en place and a large mixing bowl.
  2. Place diced tomatoes, onions, basil, parmesan and garlic into large bowl and mix until incorporated.
  3. Once mixed season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover in plastic and allow to sit for 1 hr in the fridge.
  5. Finish with balsamic glaze, and garnish with parmesan.
  6. Serve alongside crostini.
