Basic Bruschetta

Ingredients
1.5 c.Tomato, Ripe. Small dice
1/4 c. Onion, white. Small dice.
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tsp Salt, kosher
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 TBSP Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
8-10 ea. Fresh Basil, chiffonade
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
15-16 Crostini,
Optional Balsamic Glaze.
Instructions
- Gather all mise en place and a large mixing bowl.
- Place diced tomatoes, onions, basil, parmesan and garlic into large bowl and mix until incorporated.
- Once mixed season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cover in plastic and allow to sit for 1 hr in the fridge.
- Finish with balsamic glaze, and garnish with parmesan.
- Serve alongside crostini.
