Growing up in a family of eight children, dinner time was an event every evening. It was at a young age I fell in love with the idea that food was an international and ageless language.  And thus the dream of becoming a chef began. I soon over took most kitchen responsibilities for my family and fell in love with cooking. Daily family meals would become a spot light for my latest ideas and creations. I being working in kitchens at the age of 14 and I was lost in the euphoria of living my dreams. I attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island and graduated in 2014 with an Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Nutrition. After graduation I began working on the P.O.X Vision. We have taken our lifetime of cooking and channeled the visions of our clients to create one of a kind events for every occasion.
