Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 small Onion, minced
1/4 c. Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Siracha
1 Tbsp. Ginger, minced
2 tsp Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
2 tsp. Cilantro, washed and chopped
2 stalks Green Onion, thinly sliced.
1/4 c. Peanuts, chopped
1 head Butter Lettuce, Leaves cleaned and separated. L
Lets Get Cooking
- Bring a sauté pan to medium heat and add in olive oil. Once oil in heated add onions and allow to soften.
- After abut 4 minutes add in ground turkey. Allow turkey to brown evenly, using a spatula break turkey down into smaller pieces.
- Once turkey is full cooked, reduce heat to low and stir in Peanut butter, Siracha, Soy Sauce, Ginger, and Thai chili sauce.
- Once peanut butter has melted and sauce has come together taste and adjust seasonings.
- Turn heat off and stir in Cilantro, Green Onions and Peanuts.
- Arrange lettuce wraps on serving dish and add 1/4 cup filling to each leaf.
- Serve immediately and enjoy 🙂
Chefs Notes
Cook up white or brown rice along side to give wraps a heartier base!
